Terms of Use Privacy Policy

By submitting your video to COLORS Worldwide, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or “Submitter”) agree to the following Terms of Use:

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a video. By submitting, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to grant the rights outlined below.
Grant of Rights

By submitting your video, you irrevocably grant COLORS Worldwide, Inc. and its affiliates, partners, licensees, and assigns the unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, and create derivative works from your submission for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, social media, promotional campaigns, commercial purposes, and other projects across any and all media formats now known or developed in the future.
You acknowledge that your submission may be edited, adapted, or combined with other content at our discretion.
Use of Likeness & Name

You grant COLORS Worldwide, Inc. the right to use your name, image, voice, and likeness as they appear in your submission, without further notification or compensation.
Ownership & Warranties

You affirm that the submitted video is your original content, that you have the necessary rights to submit it, and that its use by COLORS Worldwide, Inc. will not infringe upon any third-party rights.
You further affirm that no third party has any claim to the video, and that you have secured permission from anyone else appearing in the video.
Release & Waiver

You waive any right to inspect or approve any use of your submission.
You release COLORS Worldwide, Inc. from any claims related to the use of your submission, including claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity.
No Obligation to Use

COLORS Worldwide, Inc. is not obligated to use or publish your video and reserves the right to remove or decline submissions for any reason.
Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
By clicking “Upoad Your Entry” and uploading your video, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use in full.

Agreement to Receive Text Messages
